New Orleans to Newark. I have purchased tickets on line from United air web site in economy we got to the airport they treat us like the enemy because we purchased economy tickets then made us check in our Carry ons and charged us for them. When we tried to talk to that lady that was checking us I was told to file a formal complaint, as we were under the understanding that we can have one Carry on each. The manager walked away and would not talk to us. Just walked away like we were not there. Very rude to have someone like that to represent United Airlines, I was very disappointed in United. It took one hour and fifteen minutes just for the attendants to come around with water and that is on a two hour flight.

New York to Miami. The plane is old, the luggage compartments are small and there is barely any leg room. There are no screens or TV and the service is horrendous. We are waiting over 25 minutes to get a gate in Miami and they dont let my children go to the bathroom. The flight up to New York from Miami was a disaster, they kept us on the plane for an hour with ac. Truly a horrific flight and airline.

Milwaukee to Minneapolis. For the most part I have had good experiences with Delta. Except this last time. My daughter has a peanut allergy and I made sure to tell the lady at the front desk before we boarded the plane. She even let me board early to clean my 3 year olds area to prevent any reaction to the peanuts. She also told me that I would have nothing to worry about and they wouldn’t serve peanuts on the plane. I even told the flight attendants as I got on the plane. But, as the flight attendants are coming by with snacks I over heard her ask the lady across from me if she wanted peanuts. I then asked her if she was serving them. She turned red and realized she messed up. Peanut allergies are very serious. She came back and told me they would give me a 25 dollar Visa card to come to my email for the inconvenience. I think it was totally not responsible of the entire staff working considering I told everyone before boarding the plane.
